• Three levels of programs designed to cater to the individual needs of the resident
• Up to 90 minutes per day of personal care for assistance with activities of daily living
• Person centered programs focusing on enhancing quality of life and designed to create renewed self-esteem and purpose.  Many programs are created using individual resident biographies and personal input.
• Programs encompass emotional, spiritual, cognitive and physical elements to encourage residents to utilize and maintain present skills
• Case management by a registered nurse
• Dining service including 3 nutritious and delicious meals daily and snacks 24-hours a day 
• Housekeeping and personal laundry services
• Incontinence care (incontinence products are additional)
• Family support and resources

Activities

• We provide a person-centered approach to caring for the individual living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, an atmosphere where both residents and staff embrace life.
• We deliver an environment and program that address how we care for and protect the physical person while also nurturing and respecting each individual’s soul and dignity.
• We understand each resident has many contributions he or she can still make if encouraged and surrounded by an atmosphere of support, flexibility, love, and compassion.
• We create a sense of belonging for each resident. This is essential. We could not achieve this without our staff, volunteers, and families coming together in a concerted effort.
• We work hard to create an environment where staff have a place to make important contributions each day for our residents; a place where satisfying work, great support, excellent resources, and strong team leadership are the pillars for maintaining high levels of productivity and job satisfaction—all beneficial to the resident and family members alike.
