The Landmark at Charleston House offers 80 one-bedroom apartments for one or two people. The community is warm and inviting and residents proudly call it home. Residents can enjoy spending time in the outdoor courtyard with friends or in the Great Room listening to music on the baby grand piano The Great Room is the perfect place for gatherings and activities and also features the mural of The Swan City Park created by local artist Frank Mittelstadt. Charleston House memory care program, MorningStar, consists of 40 apartments. The staff is selected based on their compassion for seniors who suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Residents are treated with dignity in all aspects of their lives and are encouraged to participate in enriching activities. The MorningStar program caters to the spirit of each resident and helps create a sense of purpose and success.
