The Oaks at Waterman Village

The Oaks is located on the campus of Waterman Village, Florida's TOTAL progressive/multi-level of living retirement community campus. The Oaks offers 260 independent living ranch, duplex, and quad-plex homes, located on beautiful tree-lined streets. It truly looks and feels like a ‘neighborhood’ with no two homes exactly alike. At The Oaks, all 260 independent living residences come with either an enclosed garage or covered carport. You just pull right up to your front door. Each residence has at least two bedrooms and two baths. Some units require a buy in and some don't. Inquire for further details. Since most floor plans have waiting lists, we encourage people to plan ahead. Oaks residents have access to all the living, service and amenity areas located at Waterman Village, which are plentiful.
