This stunning acreage was graciously donated more than a decade ago by the late Dr. Charles Caylor and Mr. Ware Baker for the purpose of creating a not-for-profit retirement community for Bluffton and the areas surrounding Wells County. With our opening in 2003, their vision became a reality.
