Our goal is that every resident who moves into the Vivera Senior Living community feels like a respected member of our family and has a feeling of connection, comfort, and caring. Care services should be a seamless part of our resident’s day. Individual care plans are created for each resident based on an assessment and their unique needs. Services range from independent seniors to seniors who need help with activities of daily life such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication assistance, and more.
In addition, for neighbors who might need some additional help, Vivera houses a separate, secure neighborhood. These neighbors will receive increased staffing and care through our Along the Journey programming.
Along the Journey was created for residents and caregivers to develop trusting relationships through one-on-one and family participation. Transitions are carefully considered along with structured, yet flexible care plans. Care services are adapted to each individual’s abilities and personality to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. Residents enjoy an array of services and life enrichment programs designed specifically to their needs.
