Allegiance PCH Residential Memory Care provides exceptional memory care at our Ellenwood, GA.

With more than 20 years of experience in Alzheimer’s care and other types of dementia, we are prepared to support people in all stages of the disease. We can also provide specialized care for clients with conditions such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, diabetes, mobility issues, and other conditions, as well as partner with hospice care.

Memory Care with All the Comforts of Home

• The smaller size of Allegiance Personal Care Residential Memory Care Home is ideal for memory care. Our home / Facility has six to one. The homes also feature a living room, dining room, kitchen, ADA bathrooms with Handicap Accessible Shower, and a deck for fresh air.

• Allegiance PCH has 2 staff on duty for 6 clients at our Ellenwood location which gives a more Intimate level of Care and a smaller setting. This rich staffing ratio allows staff to provide high levels of interaction and support which is key to high-quality assisted living care, especially for those with memory loss and complex medical conditions.

• Allegiance PCH staff are extensively trained and experienced in memory care and Hospice are prepared to care for the later stages of Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia and challenging conditions. They are highly skilled at meeting each person’s physical and safety needs, as well as their deep emotional and spiritual needs
