Snuggled between Tacoma, Puyallup, Graham and Yelm; Aspire Care Adult Family Home is a non-medical Residential Care Facility with a capacity of six residents. licensed by the State of Washington.

Our Services at Aspire Care Adult Family Home

The facility is owned by a licensed registered nurse who is within reach either in the facility or by phone 24/7.​We recognize that each resident has individual needs. Our caregivers and support staff set an emphasis on relationships and communication. We are dedicated to delivering the best board and care facility in the neighborhood.

Meal Preparation

• We encouraged our clients to participate in making the home's weekly menu
• 3 nutritious meals daily, plus snacks and beverages
• Monitoring of diet (If prescribed- i.e. low sugar, salt, etc.)
• Assistance with meals as needed.

Housekeeping and Laundry Service

• Basic housekeeping
• Regular laundry service
• Furniture And Basic Supplies Included
• Bedroom furniture (bed, side table, chair, and dresser or closet)
• Living and social areas with TV
• Toiletries and hygiene supplies

Medication Management

• Dispensing of medicines as per doctor's orders
• Medication inventories stored and locked
• Ordering prescriptions and refills

Personal Care

• Escort to and from meals and activities as needed
• Assistance with grooming, bathing and dressing as needed
• Observe and report any changes in appetite or behavior

Activities

• Creative celebrations for life, holidays, birthdays, and special events and occasions.
• We enjoy singing hymns, playing table and board games, bingo, cards, puzzles, crafts, reading, reminiscing.
• We also encourage our clients to take part in a range of motion exercises and movements to keep clients physically active.
