The Beverly Hills Carmel is a family-owned and operated business that began in 1976 with the construction of our contemporary Beverly Hills Carmel South community. It was the first retirement hotel in the area.

With the increased need from the local neighborhood for the kind of upscale senior living we offer, just a few years later we subsequently built the luxurious boutique retirement hotel Beverly Hills Carmel North directly across the street.
