Chapman Manor is an assisted living & memory care neighborhood community. We have a variety of styles for our community units. In our assisted living, we have three-floor plans for studios, two-floor plans for one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. In our memory care neighborhood, we have both private & shared rooms. What we offer at Chapman Manor, is a comfortable and affordable, senior living lifestyle. We are located right off of 41 and Nebraska, next to the River of Life Church.
