At Covenant Living of Keene, assisted living is designed to help residents with day-to-day activities, while promoting health and wellbeing. If you’re like most people, you value your independence, but want the security of knowing that assistance is available in a private and comfortable setting. Our private assisted living residences will make you feel right at home with the assistance you need to live an active and independent lifestyle. Our customized personal assistance and supportive environment provide the foundation for independence.
MEMORY CARE
Our memory care team is trained in the innovative and proven Heartfelt CONNECTIONS, a comprehensive program based on the latest in memory care research and best practices. Heartfelt CONNECTIONS is an individualized program that starts with getting to know each resident’s life story, focusing on their capabilities. Then we develop a personalized plan that concentrates on their unique abilities and celebrates small successes. Heartfelt CONNECTIONS promotes dignity and a sense of accomplishment in day-to-day activities, supports improved self-worth, self-esteem, and overall health and well-being—and reduces fear, anxiety and frustration.
Having “Heartfelt” passion is the driving force we look for in those delivering this program to the residents we serve. Heartfelt CONNECTIONS comes not from the passion we have for what we do, but rather from the knowledge and understanding we have regarding what we need to do to make life better for our residents. It is about connecting the memory-impaired individual’s remaining abilities with meaningful and purposeful experiences each and every day.
As part of the Covenant Living of Keene lifecare community, you’ll have access to campus resources not often found in freestanding Assisted Living residences. Keep in mind, you do not have to be a current resident of our retirement community to benefit from our Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing or Short-Term Rehabilitation services, nor will you have to pay an entrance fee to enter one of the areas noted above.
