Fairview Park is a 90 bed assisted living community with a separate secure memory care wing for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
The community has a 24-hour staff and features all size accommodations from private suites with kitchenettes to semi-private rooms. The community offers assistance with all activities of daily living, planned activities, and nutritious dietitian-approved meals and have its own in-house rehabilitation department. Fairview Park is locally owned and managed and will be an integral part of Greenville County and Simpsonville community.

Fairview Park not only provides an activity director for our assisted living side but also in our specialized memory care unit. Our two activity professionals work extremely hard each day to make every day memorable and life-changing. We strive to stimulate all the senses of the human body and keep our residents excited about daily activities. We incorporate hobbies and activities that our residents have enjoyed doing throughout their lives but also get them to try new things we think they may enjoy.
