Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center operates as a not-for-profit organization under its parent corporation, the Eastern Orthodox Management Corporation (EOMC). As a not-for-profit health care facility, our focus is on providing the highest quality of care to our residents, without the pressures faced by our for-profit counterparts to meet certain financial targets. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of 9 members elected from the 12 parishes of the Council of Eastern Orthodox Churches of Central Massachusetts (CEOC), 3 members of the clergy, and 3 representatives of the CEOC.
Holy Trinity is a 113-bed skilled nursing facility, featuring private and semi-private rooms, cheerful lounge spaces, an outdoor pavilion, and much more.
We provide a wide range of nursing and rehabilitation services, administered by highly trained and supportive staff in a safe, secure, and caring setting. Whether your needs are a short-term stay or long-term care, our team of professionals provides skilled nursing care and top-notch rehabilitative services, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, and respiratory therapy.
Our staff pride themselves on their commitment to each resident’s quality of life and continued enjoyment of important social interaction.
