Lakeside at Waterman Village

Lakeside at Waterman Village is Waterman Village's second retirement community, located on the Waterman Village campus. There are 119 independent living apartments and 40 independent living duplex homes with garages. Lakeside residents have priority access to the skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facilities located on the Waterman Village campus. Lakeside residents also have access to all the amenities at the Oaks at Waterman Village retirement community, located directly across the street from Lakeside. While Lakeside does require a buy-in fee, the buy in fee has high lifetime refundable provisions. Lakeside opened in 2023. Mount Dora was ranked the top small town in Florida to retire to by a major national newspaper.
