Oxford Springs Memory Care boasts a homestyle dining atmosphere, programming according to residents' interests as well as small cluster groups, staffing according to care, and a nursing staff that goes above and beyond to ensure that our residents are cared for on a personal level, 7 days a week. We staff according to care needs and not just the state standard. Oxford Springs Memory Care has a great core staff, from an Executive Director with 20 years in the field, to our nurse who has been with us for 9 years, to a Sales Director who has been here 11 years.
