Three Levels of Caring Plans
Southwestern Assisted Care Residence includes assistance options with supportive services, determined by a nurse after evaluation at the time of move-in. Supportive services may include, but are not limited to, assistance with daily living (ADL’s) such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, assistance with mobility and medication management.
Level One
Provides minimal assistance with activities of daily living.
Level Two
Provides more hands-on support with activities of daily living.
Level Three
Provides the maximum level of assistance with activities of daily living.
Rooms
Southwestern Assisted Care Residence offers both private and semi-private rooms. Each resident room is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator, a private bath with walk-in shower, emergency call system (pull-cord), and provided furniture, if necessary. Residents enjoy free cable TV and the availability of personal phone service (extra charge).

- Living will, power of attorney, ambulance membership
Furniture, Décor and Treasured Belongings
We encourage you to decorate and furnish your suite. We will help you arrange your furniture, hang artwork and pictures. A few personal items you may want to consider bringing prior to or day of moving in:
- Bedding and linen
- Window blind, window treatments
- Towels and washcloths
- Laundry basket, soap
- Non-slip bathroom mat
- Ambulatory aides
- Television, phone, computer
- Personal health care supplies
